Her body was discovered early Saturday morning by her husband, who cut the rope by which it was hanging and took it to his house on a wheel- barrow. The neighbors did not know of the death of Mrs. Luff until latein the day. Mr. Luff watched the body by himseif Saturday bight and the funeral took place Sunday. They are yery plain, and many uyly looking, and by the way, If it were not for their superior skill in dressing, and also in en- ameling, painting, building up their eyebrows aud other artificial adornments, no one, bot even the least observing male biped, would ever think of Freneh women in the aggrezate as equa'ing our Jovely American girls, in either style or beauty.
