On Saturday General Smith, appointmant clerk of the Treasury department, with two assistants, left here wita one hundred re- volvers and a large quantity of fised munition for the purpose of ar: ployes of the Baltimore custom bonse. 1 revolvers were packed in stnoo’h boxes with no inscriptions to betray their cont The boxes containing the ammuuition wrapped carefully in brown paper. Were taken to the depot by Adams company, and were delivered at the street depot in Baltimore.
