There was a tourvament and festival given on Saturday, the 3d inst., near Jacksonville, Montgomery county, Md., for the benefit of St. Mark's Episcopal Chureb. Baldwin a well-known railroad contractor, who laid nearly the entire track f the Baltimore and Potomac railroad, has completed the track of the Anacostia rail- road from the cornerof Johnson and Mouroe streets, in Uniontown, across the Eastern Praneb bridge, ang along 11th street east and M street south, to the corner of 7th street east. and is now engaged in butlaing the stables and car houses, 30 by 75 feet, in Uniontown.
