Florius Van Ruth was stood up on the charge of threats to Prof. C. B. Young, of the Emerson Institute. Van Rath lives next door, and has recently been remarried to Mrs. Van Ruth, from whom he had been divorced. Witness then related the disagreeable e: lence he bad had the pasttwo years. Van Rath could use the worst language of any maa he ever knew; is generally crazy from excessive drink, abusive to all around him, terribly profane and obscene.
