Anyone who will take the trouble can easily see that the light from a burner Of the kind contemplated by the law on the subject is hanily equivalent to that afforded by half that number of the commonest sort of tallow dips. see ___ Now we shall see fun. He said nothing, however, of the positive joss to the government by the non-payment of postage.
