J. Johnson. Mr. J.P. Marr testified as to the physical and moral cbaracter of the performances at the Theater Comique, corroborating the testimony of Mr. Gatebel. Dr. Wm. H. Triplett testified | 48 the effect of the physical training given to acrobats like the boy Poole.
