Reference has been made recently in TE Star to the encouraging business outlook which has been gathered from various sec- tions of the country through the newspaper press. The New York Herald of yestertay in a long and carefully considered article gives abundant reasons for the assertion that the great commercial revulsion under which in- dustry ana enterprise have been dormant so many months has spent its force, and that business of all kinds is about to revive. gives a few of the facts which lead to that belief, and justify the hope that the will mark the beginning of a new era of gen- eral prosperity.
