Wholesate Robbery at the Capitol. ARREST OF A GANG OF BOOK THIEVES. For some time past several citicials employed at the Capitol bave been missing books from the different committee-rooms, and the ebtef of the Capitol police, Capt. Stephen A. Boyden, bas been giving special attection to ferreting out the thieves. This resulted in the arrest of # colored man nauxd Obaries Graham, tome two weeks ago, who was caught in the act of carrying away books from a committee-room, and his commitment f> jal! by Judge Sreli to await the action of the grand jury.
