While they are still within the legal School age, and do not crowd oat the regularly advancing classes, they should not be dedarred this opportunity. But there is one thing about this that we think the Boant of Trastees should correct, if they have not already done so. Ti pupils co remaining are ailowed to com second and even a third time for the highest Bonors of the schools course that gives them grest acrantages over the janior members of their clase—and therefore unjast and discour- aging to while it detracts greatly fromthe merit of a medal so won.
