The Value of Vaccination. Muck is being said pro and con in regard to the value ef vaccination; but the opinion of leading physicians and experts is quite conclu- sive in the affirmative. The decision simply prohibits thesocicty for the prevention of cruelty to ani- mals from stopping cars and omnibnses, except Jong enough to cause the arrest of the drivers, and als prevents them from taking any animal from the harness. Bergh has, therefore, modi- fied his orders to his officers accordingly, and wan, if he chooses, nullify the decision of Judge Daly by sending his officers insquads, and, as Boon as one driver is arrested and taken to the fourt in charge of one of his men, can cause the @rrest of the man who takes the reins todrive the same lame and crippled horses.
