It will be seen that he desires the holders of tickets in the Second Grand Gift Concert, scat- tered as they are all over the land, should a) point representatives, or delegates to assemble in Louisville, Kentacky, on the 20th instant, whose duty, when assembled, will be to appoint & committee of their own number, to co-operate with the committee be mpi y by the trustees, and see that every ticket sold is represented by a numbered tag, and that every such tag goes into the wheel. Gov. Bramlette is determined that ticket holder shall be thoroughly protected, and every- thing pertaining to the drawing shall be fairly, squarely and satisfactorily conducted. A CARD. Riddle, his counsel, and the papers have been referred to Judge Fisher's office for report on the case.
