Mr. Marbur not see why the board should pay for an analysis tor the benefit of the ice company. Mr. Langston didn’t see any propriety in such @ course, and ected to the reading of the chemical analysis. Dr. Verdi stated that he had made a partial investigation into the quality of the ice stored in the District, and had an incomplete list of those who had put up umprre ice.
