This morning after an early breakfast, the Grand Duke and party, accompanied by Secre- tary Robeson, Minister Catacazy and several naval officers, were conveyed to the Baltimore and Ohio railroad depot, arriving there a few moments before 9 o'clock. They were there met by Mr. W. P. Smith, manager of the through line to New York, who escorted them to the special train provided for them—the same which brought A’ to this city. The signal being given at 9 o'clock precisely, the train left the depot for Annapolis.
