THE BOLSTER-JAMES HOMICIDE. Second Trial of Horatio Bolster. To-day the trial of Horatio Bolster on the charge of the murder of Joseph James on the night of the 22d of February last was taken up in the Criminal Court, Judge Humphreys, Messrs. Harrington and Closs prosecuting, and Mersrs. Riddle and Barret for the defence. The prisoner, who entered the court-room in com- pany with his mother and a lady friend, was dressed in blue striped shirt, black coat, drab pants, and gray vest, and ared to be in ex- cellent health and spirits.
