ATTEMPTED OUTRAGE IN a Potice Court CxLL.—After the Police Court adjourned this morning, and while the office: im preparing the workhouse the court room, screams were heard issuing from the celle below, when all ran in, it haste to the basement, where they founda colored man named Phillip Butler attempting an out- rage upon the person of Margaret Kirwin.
