They consist of $24,000 in twenties and $4,000 in tens, and will be sent to the Fir-t National Gold Bank of San Francisco. ‘The notes printed in New York by the Amery tional and Continental Bank Note Printing Companies, and finished at the Bureau of Engraying and Printing at the Treasury building. They are printed on yellow paper, a large stock of which was originally prepared for the first issue of fracti cur Tency. The back of the note is engraved from a photograptic representation of gold coins and the face is similar to the present issue of the national curreney.
