BatTrMorg, Nov. 8.—The vote of Baltimore to-day is the fullest ever known, and the inter- est in the election isso general as to bring out nearly the whole quiet vote, which has not been the case for years before. Up to this writing there has not been the slightest disturbauce. All the bar-rooms are rigid!y closed, and there is no intoxicaton visible anywhere—the police having received mstructions to take the names of any persons seen on the streets un- der the influence of liquor to be used as wit- wesses before the grand jary, and made to dis- close where the liquor was sold.
