District was held at the Mayor's office yesterday neou—Mayor Emery. Aldermen Moore, Con- nelly and Champion, Councilman Burgess and ‘Trustees Woodward and McLellan present. Plans for the proposed building were submit- ted by A. Cluse, Starkweather & Plowman and D. B. Searle, and inspected by the committee. Major Hall denied that any of those on the Richards committee were sorry, but they lett the original organization because they were de- termed that WM. A.
