FR NGLAND. The Irish Church Bill—tts Passsge by the it of Lords. Lonpom. July 13.—The debate on the Irish Chureb Bill was resumed last night. Earl Olaugarty moved that its third reading be postponed three months. 1 Derby was opposed to the bill, but favored the amendment. ‘ Earl Claugarty’s amendment was with- rawn. Earl Derby gave notice tnat he woald offer a Fotest agninst the bill. The bill was then read the thira time. The amendment was adopted by a vote of 150 to &2, omittng the clause permitting Bishops to retain their seats. A provision was adopted by a vote of 121 to 114, providing tnrnished residences and glebes for the Catholic and Pre byterian clergy, and adopting the principle of concarrent endow- ment. The bill was then passed. Earl Berby's protest was presented, and the House of }Lords adjourned, after an exciting session. RAILROAD MATTERS IN THE WEST. Leavenworts, July 12.—An excursion of forty distinguished railroad men left tor the West this morning by a special train on the Kavsas Pacific railroad. L. B. of Chicago, a bridge builder. met the Board ot Directors ot the Leaven worth Bridge Company this morning, when satisfactory arrangements were conciuded for the immediate constraction of @ bridge over the Missouri river at this Point. The work will be commenced on both sides of the river this week.
