ACCIDENT AT THE TREASURY DEPARTMENT. About 11 o'clock this morning, as Mr. Kelly. one of the assistant engineers of the Treasury building, was m the act of turning on the steam im the Redemption Division, the cock suddenly broke, and the scalding water and steam forcing out the spigot, soon filled the room with vapor, which produced considér- able commotion among the large number of lady employees, but fortunately did them no injury.
