In reference to the latter, he sent to the Clerk's desk and had read a letter writ- ten by him to the Louisville Courier, in i861, correcting the statement punlisbed by that paper, and stating thatthe language used by Bim was this: “Not one man or dollar wiil Kentucky furnish Lincoln to aid in his unholy war against the Soutn.
