The din- ner was superb, and gotten up in the style for whieh Amaa is so justly noted. Every one praised num tor the admirable mannerin which he bad arranged things, and his ability as a <aterer. Among the guests were Generals Balloch and Whittlesey, Alderman Lewis, and J. W. Angus, Esq. About $ o'clock dinner was announced, and after a blessing by the vener- abie President of the club, Mr. James S. Ule- pbane, the guests were seated, and the feast commenced.
