The officer went immediately and obtained a1 smbrlance from the Govern- ment authorities, but finding the sufferer could not be moved to the hospital, she was taken io & colored woman's houce near by. Before she srrived there, however she gave birth to a very bright mulatto female tniant. Mr Hyde presented the annual report of the Guardians of Georgetown Schools for the year ending August 1, 1806, accompanied by a resolution authorizing the printing of 250 copies of the same; which resolution was passed.
