Democrat, June 30.} There was rather a singular divorce case be- fere the Chancery Court yesterday, a man su- ing for divorce on the grounds of malforma- ten. Tae following is the decision of Chan- tilor Pirtle, which fully gives the particalars of the case. The suit was brought by J. P. Bray against his wife By the etatute of Kentucsy (2 Revised Stat- utes, page 17 Tisdiction may decree a divorce to both husband sud wife, for such impotency or maifermation as prevents sexaal intercourse. The plaintiff alleges tbat the defendant isso malformed as to prevent euch imtercouse.
