Mr. Ross, of Baltimore Uon- ference, ands courier despatched to Hamilton on Saturday to demand the keys of the house, which was refused. With the rising of the Sabbath sun, a file of twelve or fifteen armed soldiers, proceeded to the scene-of action, arriving on the ground about §\ o'clock. A considerable congregation had already assem- bied in the church to hear Mr. Waugh, who had not yet entered the house. He was waited —o the officer in charge of the squad, and ed that he would not be allowed to fill ointment, and the house trrned over to oss, wherenpon the former gentleman setinad and the most of the assembled congre- gation with him. Another congregation then assembled, and Mr. Ross fulfilled his appoint- ment. A considerable number of persons had gathered together, in anticipation, no doubt, of & difficulty, but no disturbance took place be- yond that we have stated. These are the facts &s given us by one who was present. As the order from Washington leaves the final title to the church property to be decided by the courts, we presume the question will ere long be judicially settled. The connec- tion between these girls is closer than in the Siamese twine, there being more of the physical and mental organs commontoeach. The con- nection begins below the neck and terminates &@t the extremity of the spine. To touch one at any point of her body below the connection sende a sensation to the brain of each; while a touch of either above the connection is felt by that one only.
