LINCOLN AND JOHNSON ENTHUSIASTICALLY BNDORAED. The loyal citizens of Washington turned out en masse last night to ratify the nominations by the Baltimore Convention of Abraham Lin- coln for President and Andrew Johnson for Vice Presidest of the United States for the en- suing four years. The south portico of the Patent Office building had been specially pre- jared for the oceasion, and at an early houra urge crowd assembled, and extended all along F street aud tar down Sth street, until the gathering numb-red between eight and ten thousand persons. At an early bour of the evening & salute was fired irom summits around tbe city in bonor of the nominations.
