FROM FORTRESS MONROE. Arrival of a Prize—News from Charleston— Warm Weather. Fortress Monroe, August 10.—The United Sta'es gunboat Western World, Uapt. Gregory, arrived this morning from Morehead City, N. C,, with the prize steamer Kate in tow. The Kate is an English built steamer, recently cap- tured while attempting to run the blockade irom Wilmington. The United States revenue transport steamer Fliers, W.A Booth commander, urrived last evering fr.m off Charjeston. She reports hav- ing left Port Royal on Friday, the 7th, and passed by Charleston at eleven o’clock that evening.
