Fourth.—That the allowance toa wifs.mother, or adtit sister or sisters, be one dollar a week, and to each child and infant sisters or brothers, cents a week. Fifth.—That the claims of all seeking an al- lowanee or cratuity be exarained by a commit. tee of three, who shall certify to the treasurer the number and character of the family, that they have not received assistance of a like na. ture from any other source, and that they are entitled to receive relief according to the scale hereinbefore fixed.
