Extra Session of the Pennsylvania Legis: lature. Haznisstne, July 18 —Urgent requests have been made from ail parts of the § ate for an extra session of the Legislature. The Governor will probably accede, and issue a proclamation for a session to convene on or about the 2th of July. The movement already made by New York, in giving fifty dollars bounty, is taking many men there to enlist, and the Governor doés not wish to take upon himself the responsibility to pay it without authority. Steps have been taken to have the militia rolls collected from every town- ship and district in the State. About forty thousand men are required at once from Pennsylvania, and it is expected, with the necessary prompt action on the fart of the Gov. ernor, they can be all raised in thirty to forty days.
