Morten has been ordered to the United States ship Ino. « THE CAMP OF INSTRUCTION. Brevet Brig. Gen. W. A. Morris, Colonel of the 24 U.S. Artillery bas been assigned to duty as military commander of the city of New York and vicinity. Col. Morris relleyes Gen. Harvey Brown, who has been assigned to duty as chief of artillery at the camp of instruction at Annap- olis, Md. MEDICAL EXAMINATION OF CADETS. A medical board was ordered to assemble at West Point on the 12th instant, to examine into the physical qualifications of the graduating class, and to continue ja session until the Ist of July, to examine the newly appointed cadets. NAVY YARD. The Baltimore aod Leslie both arrived up lett night, the fovmer from Budd's Ferry and the latter from the Rappahannock, but neither brings any news of moment. AN IMPORTANT ORDER.
