An Account ef the Battle. Luray, Va., June 10 —Col. Carroll, commare¢. ing the 4th brigade, consisting of the Pith Penn- sylvania, the 11th Pennsylvania, the 7th Indiana, and the Ist Virginia regiments, altogether about 1,600 strong, reached Port Republic on Sunday, and reconnoitered and found the enemy in the town.
