The Division commanded by Gen. E. D. Keyes ‘was reviewed yesterday by Gen McClellan and Staff, on Meridian Hill. The forces reviewed consisted of the brigades of General Couch, Peck and Grabam, with the Pennsylvania Artillery, commanded by Maj.
