Bapur Taarzp.—Yesterday morning, about 2 o'clock, Patrolmen Kelly and Bratn, of th Fourth Ward, found a man lying near the stone shed in B street, near the Public Printing Office, in a dreadful condition. His cheek had been nearly severed from the bone, and was hi ing—presenting a frightful appearance. Dr. an dressed the wound; after which the unfortunate man wasable to tell bis mame—W lison Cassel.
