Yesterday morning, the Reliance came up te the Navy-Yard, bringing particulars of the dis- covery of the enemy's battery at Freestone Point, about twenty-five miles below Washington. This battery at Freestone Point is a new one, having just been completed, and the brush which con- cealed it cleared away. It is believed to mount seven guns, two of which are rified. He reports that there were ether heavy batteries concealed by the brush, along the river, one of which is at Cock- pit Point.
