The Dedication of the Hall ef Cevesant Ledge, 1.0 0 F The dedication yesterday of the new hall on ‘Congress street, Georgetown, erected by Covenant Lodge, No. 13,1.0. 0 F., on thie site of the one desiro by fire last spring. was an eccasion of great interest. THE DEDICATORY SERVICES The Grand Master gave three raps with his gavil, and directed the Grand Marshal to make procla- suation of the object of the convocation .
