Smith, Miller and Moore were appointed om the committee. ‘The committee went onference, and after a short time returned, Mr. Smith, chairman of the committee to confer, submitted the following resolution : Kesolred, That the Mayor and City Councils of Washington accept the invitation to visit the city of Baltimore, politely tendered by the President of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company.
