Notice is hereby given to the holders of the stock issued pursuant to the act of Congress of 22d July, 1846, that sagh stock is redeemable by its terms, and will be paid at the Treesury on the surrender of the certificates thereof, on the 12th ef November next, when Interest thereon will cease.
