The grain was intended for ths Crimean army, and was packed in six tiers, which extended two miles along the coast. The Czar hee dismissed Prince Menschikoff as chief of the staff and appointed Gen. Ad- ienburg in hie stead. Advices from Kars state that Gen. Moura- vieff, overcome by his defeat before Kars has become insane, and Gen. Bubusoff bas been summoned to assume the command.
