The public‘ is cordially invited to attend. i UNDER ARREST FOR WRITING BAD CHECK Arrested for issuing a bad check Fred Milligan of Yakutat brought to_Juneau last week. In the U. S. Commissioner’s court, Milligan was charged with committing a felony and he waived preliminary hearing and was bound over to the grand jury.
