OF ALASKA TOUR Folirteen Stockton California teachers from College of Pacific arrived in Juneau yesterday by special flight via Pan American plane to begin a two weeks tour of Alaska, according to Lou L. West, Pacific Coast representative and part owner of Arctic Alaska Tours. His headquarters are in Los An- geles.
