The demonstration is a product of an eight year program to inrr(‘?se the value of federal airways facili- ties and services to the flying pub- lic. No correspondence may be contained on the cards. A three cent stamp will give the enveloped card first class handling, as letter mail. Envelopes should show a re- turn address. N Recently the postmaster said cards in unsealed envelopes bear- ing a one cept stamp each and addressed to destinations in the states were dropped in the postof- fice, with no return address show- ing. Fortunately for the sender they were traced back. How the Postmaster pointed out, such a for- tunate occurrance might not always be the case.
