The appoint- ment was announced by Earl K. Dombross, regional director of the Pacific area office in Seattle. Following his discharge from the Navy with the rank of Lt. Comdr., Neil joined the Red Cross staff in 1946 and was in charge of a special fund raising campaign this year. He has also served on a volunteer basis on the disaster committee and the speakers’ bureau for the Seattle chapter.
