OPERATING LOSS "49 ASTORIA, May 4—#—The Co- lumbia River Packers #Association Inc., Oregon’s largest fish packing | firm, reported a net operating loss of $308,452 last year. The corporation’s annual repor blamed a smaller fish’ pack and the lower price of fish.
