Brown, Juneau cab driver, arrested for speeding yes- terday on the Glacier Highway by Patpolman Emmett Botelho, was fined $25 this morning by U.8. Com- missioner Gordon Gray. Botelho’s charge stated , that Brown was arrested while traveling at 50 miles an hour, a “greater speed than prudent.” ‘The arrest is the fifth in as many days by highway patrolmen. Two drivers had their licenses sus- pended Monday afternoon by Gray.
