Nordby of Sitka, do- ing business as the Sanitary Meat | and Grocery Company, filed suit today against Fred J. Upton of thzt city on three counts for sums al- legedly owing him. The complaint lists two notes signed in July of last year, one for $98148 and the other for $415.38, held by Nordby and unpaid except for $20 on account in the former note. An account assigned to Nordby by Hendrick Bredvik, doing business as Bredvik's Store, is due for $386.95, the complaint states. The account was originally between Up- ton and Bredvik.
