Debate is opening on American arms aid to France. Last week + Communist members staged a three-day attack on an anti-sabotage bill which finally bassed after many fistfights and filibuster delays. Now the Assembly is asked to approve the arms aid program whereby France will receive nearly $500,000,000 of the billion-dellar credit accorded by the United States to Atlantic Pact countries.
