LOGGING FIRM SUES NETTLETON COMPANY A complaint asking judgment of $1,227 was on file today with the clerk of the district court against the Nettleton Timber Com- pany, suit entered by the Owens Brothers, a logging firm of Hood Bay. The complaint alleges that the timber firm owes the Owens Brothers $1,002 for towing logs in December, 1948, with their tug Adak from Hood Bay to Saook Bay, a small inlet on the south shore of Peril Strait. They also allege that the firm owes them $225 for transportation of equipment from Seattle to Saook Bay on the tug the month previous. The Owens Brothers are made up of A. E. Owens, Gertrude F.
