At the present time this is a matter involving the Alaska Steamship Company only and has no bearing on other employers. If, perchance, the Act is held invalid by the Ceurt of Appeals, the ques- tion of refunds to employees is the sole responsibility of the Territorial Department of Taxation and not | that of the employer.
