Actout 200 delegates from 30 schools in Oregon, Wiashington, Idaho, Montana, Eritish Columbia and Alberta took part in the con- ference sponsored by the Carnegie Endowment for International Rela- tions. The conference cons table discussicns ol ERP, Latin America, Atlantic Alliance. Stevens will be united in mar- riage on Friday evening at 8 o'- clock at the home of the bride's parents,. Mr. and Mrs. Burrass Smith. J. € McClellan, President of the Juneau branch of the Latter- day Saints, will officiate. Mr. Stev- ens is the son of Mrs. Benjamin Sloane of San Francisco.
