Brust, Assistant Superintendent of the Alaska Native Service, and Ralph Mize, District Construction Engineer, left Juneau today via Pan American Airways. The ANS budget for the fiscal vear of 1650 will be cohsidered by the Budget Bureau on November 2. Brust will handle the financial needs of general administration, health, welfare, native resources, and education at the hearing. Mize will discuss the construc- tion budget. This budget calls for construction of the Anchorage Hospital, rebuilding of Eklutna In- dustrial School, and addition to the White Mountain Boarding School and enlargement of hospital jutilities at Barrow, Kanakanak, Bethel and Tanana.
